By registering and/or placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to all terms below. A certificate can be bought from us for $25 on any item/lot in this auction. Any item/lot in this auction that sells for over $500 will automatically come with a certificate --lots starting over $500 will have a photo of the certificate you will receive. PAYMENT (AUTOMATIC CHARGE) Your card on file with AuctionNinja will be automatically charged after the auction for the lots you win (plus applicable buyer's premium, sales tax, and shipping/handling/insurance, if applicable). If your card is declined, you have three (3) days to resolve payment. SHIPPING (AUTOMATIC CHARGE + TIMELINE + ADDRESS RULES) All shipped orders are dispatched using USPS Priority Mail boxes (starting at $10.70), plus a $5.00 handling fee per lot, plus insurance based on the item's value. Shipping will start at a minimum of $15.70. THE COST OF SHIPPING WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ON YOUR CARD. Your package will ship 5–7 business days after the auction ends (once payment is complete and items are processed). Ensure your shipping address on file with AuctionNinja is accurate. We cannot change your address at any point in the process. The billing address on the card is where the package will be shipped. CONDITION, AUTHENTICITY, AND ALL SALES FINAL All property is sold “as-is,” “where-is,” in the condition it is in at the time of the auction, with all faults, including any hidden defects of any nature. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any representations, warranties, or guarantees whatsoever—express or implied—regarding the nature, value, source, authenticity, fitness, merchantability, and/or any other aspect or characteristics of such property. All sales are final: no refunds and no returns. TAX + BUYER’S PREMIUM Sales tax applies to purchases in Pennsylvania. All buyers pay Pennsylvania sales tax (when applicable) plus a 20% buyer’s premium added to the hammer price. OUR EVALUATION / AUTHENTICATION PROCESS (DISCLOSURE) We work hard to provide accurate descriptions and professional evaluations. Luxury items (including brands such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci) undergo authentication checks such as material quality, craftsmanship, brand-specific traits, and serial/production identifiers. Metals may be acid tested, and gemstones may be evaluated using tools including a Presidium Gem Tester II, UV fluorescence, a polariscope, and a trinocular stereoscope (up to 90x magnification). However, these efforts do not constitute a warranty or guarantee, and all items remain sold as-is, where-is. Venue / Jurisdiction. The parties agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to any auction, bid, purchase, sale, or these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state courts located in Coweta County, Georgia, or the United States District Court with jurisdiction over Coweta County, Georgia, and each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
